 Recommendation to author | Any language contributions on topics within the scope of the journal should be submitted electronically in any word processor or PDF format. Non roman character articles must be camera ready in A4 format with 3cm margin (left and right, up and down).
Paper must include a separate front page (one sheet) with title, authors' names and affiliations (first affiliation will be use for mailing about the article), a maximum of ten key words and an abstract, all in English. This front page will be use for international diffusion. The article must respect the commons' rules of publication of the affiliation country. Length of the articles will be between 5 and 12 pages. If the article is longer, the editorial board will decide. The article must include again Title, authors' names and all the affiliations.
Author may include an identity picture of them in the submitted article.
Extra referees will be asked to review special language articles. Those extra referees may be suggested by the author, but the editorial board, will respect this suggestion or not in function of the notoriety of the suggested referee. They will be allowed to refuse the article or to ask any correction about formal or scientific aspects. The article must include introduced bibliographic references. Bibliographic references must be presented according to one of the international style, which must be specified in the article (i.e. APA, MLA, Chicago styles). Table, figures must be numbered in the same order they appear in the text. Legends and summary must be both in English and in the other language. Make sure that the paper is submitted in the final form. Except for the front page and a possible reduction in size of the accepted articles will appear in the final printing in the same form of the submitted article.
The journal will be published in PDF format and signed electronically which guarantee the authenticity of the author's manuscripts. |
| Announcements and Advertising | Scientific announcement will be published freely, commercial advertising is accepted and fees will be determined on demand by the editorial board.

| Copyrights and citations | | Front pages, full articles, entire journal will be available freely on internet. Paper or electronic copies are possible, as far as no alteration of the material is done. Integrity of the copied material must be preserved. If just a part of an article is performed, the original material must be cited in such a way : Authors (date), title of the article, Journal, consulting date, URL. |
